Youthfulness Begins in Your Spine

 

Our Spine is in some ways like the master control panel that almost every essential body function runs through. The healthier and stronger your spine, the healthier, stronger and more youthful your whole body can be.

The primary focus in this Class Series is on soaking the Spine with a specific type of Qi that helps the it to become more suptle and elastic. To prepare for deeper regeneration and rejuvenation any problem areas that already exist. This class series is great for those wanting to do prevention, but it is especially helpful for those with known issues that need regeneration.

Bringing more Qi to the Spine is also very helpful for those who do other forms or exercise such as yoga or weight training. And if you are wanting to take things to the next level, you will find that in our Osteoporosis Class Series, where the focus is on both rebuilding and strengthening. 

Upon completing this Class Series beginner students will be well prepared to enter our more formal Qi Gong training, should they wish to dive deeper. The more formal training is called Temple Style practice
