Daily Qi Gong - For Artery Cleansing
Our health is governed by the flow of our blood. Good blood flow leads to better health. Poor blood flow leads to problems. This applies to Anti-Aging as well.
The primary focus in this Class Series is on cleaning the arteries. We will be doing the Artery Cleansing Meditation in all eight classes. Other forms and meditations learned here will also help to stengthen and clear the arteries, veins and capilllaries.
In addition to Artery Cleansing, the general focus of the classes will be on helping students to learn a well rounded set of tools which can be used to help strengthen the Qi, quiet the minds, and heal the body. We will strengthen and we will detox. Both will be accomplished through the use of gentle yin style movements and meditations.
This Class Series is designed for those who are looking for an effective daily energy practice that can be easily integrated into one's life without disrupting schedules or ‘normal life’ commitments. It’s a very good fit for both beginners, as well as experienced Qi Gong and Tai Chi students.
Upon completing this Class Series beginner students will be well prepared to enter our more formal training, should they wish to dive deeper. The more formal training is called Temple Style practice. Those who do not wish to enter Temple Style can use the techniques learned in this Series as an ongoing life long practice for creating and maintaining optimum health.
After completing the Artery Cleansing Series other upcoming Class Series will include:
- Daily Qi Gong for a Strong, Healthy Spine
- Daily Qi Gong for Better Digestion.
Overview
The Series is taught over four (4) weeks, with four (4) in-person classes on Saturday morning, plus four (4) online (Zoom) review classes on Wednesday evenings. There are a total of eight (8) classes for students to attend. Cost of the course is $165. The Class Series is limited to 20 students.
* The Artery Cleansing Class Series is not recommended for individuals with Stints in their heart.
