Free weekly Class
Of all the resources that I have accumulated over the last 30 years in Qi Gong, this meditation is the most effective, reliable and powerful resource I have for smoothing out my energy when life gets challenging.
The primary benefit (from western perspective) is a calming of the central nervous system, and a strengthening of the autonomic nervous system.

I am planning to hold a weekly online (Zoom) class (every Monday) where I will lead the meditation and then answer any questions afterwards. The actual meditation will usually not be more than 15 minutes in length. The class will begin promptly at 6:30pm CST.
If you need to leave early you can exit the class at anytime, no one is required to stay for the whole event.
A Zoom link will be emailed around noon each Monday for access to the class. I will not be emailing my entire email list every week, only the people who request to join will be sent a link. You can of course drop - unsubscribe at any time.
