Osteoporosis Class Series

The best time to strengthen your bones is before they break. And even if there has been a break it is still possible to restrengthen and rebuild.

To successfully build strong bones and joints you must do three things:

  1. You must provide your body with the proper nutrients.
  2. You must offer some type of resistance challenge your body (ie weightlifting).
  3. You must directly challenge your bones. The challenge must stimulate the bones to grow bigger, stronger and more elastic. The challenge must done in such a fashion that your system WINS! When bones win, they rebuild. They grow stronger.

Some of the areas addressed in this series include: the hips, lumbars and wrists (the three most often broken bones in the body). And of course you'll also learn how to strenghen your cervicals (neck), thorasics (mid back), and sacrum.... plus shoulders, knees, hands, and feet. The bones in general are also covered.

The course is taught in separate sections:

  1. Hips
  2. Spine
  3. Shoulders
  4. Knees and balance

In each section you will learn and practice forms, movements and meditations which challenge the bones and joints in that specific part of the body.

The techniques you will learn are unique and effective. They are mostly Taoist in origin. They have been time tested and proven, producing excellent results for 100s and 100s of years.

Everything in this course has been designed for the general public. No previous experience of any kind is required.

Our outcome is optimum health... Bones and joints that enable you to keep doing all the fun things you like to do... for your entire life.
